Peggy had the pleasure of meeting and chatting at length with former president Harry Truman in his office in Independence, Missouri. Both students of American history, they posed for this photo in front of a picture of the iconic Abraham Lincoln. Peggy recalls that Mr. Truman kept referring to her as "Little Lady" throughout their entire conversation.
